Rick Davis is Featured Speaker at Alabama Sports Hall of Fame

Wallace Jordan attorney Rick Davis was a keynote speaker at Birmingham Business Journal’s Business of Sport event that was held on June 18th at the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame.

Rick was joined onstage with the former longtime University of Alabama sportscaster Eli Gold to talk about the impact that Name, Image & Likeness (NIL) is having on the state of college athletics. Other speakers at the event included former University of Alabama football players Bobby Humphrey and Antonio Langham, along with a panel of local professionals discussing the economic impact of NIL: Scott Myers (ASHOF Executive Director), Darin White (Executive Director of the Center for Sports Analytics), Lisa Warren (CEO at Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center), and Ben May (Executive Director – Sports Brand Solutions – SEC Network/ESPN).
