Bert Jordan Briefs Mid-Alabama Republican Club on Congressional Redistricting

Bert Jordan recently briefed the Mid-Alabama Republican Club on the State of Alabama’s pending defense of its congressional redistricting plan that was passed by the Alabama Legislature in July’s second 2023 special session. Plaintiffs have challenged that plan as violating Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
