Whitney L. Eiland's Profile

Whitney Eiland’s practice includes trusts and estates, estate administration, probate litigation, and insurance subrogation.  She is a member of the Alabama State Bar and its Young Lawyers and Women’s section.

Whitney attended Athens State University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  Whitney graduated from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2019.  While in law school, she was the recipient of the Scholar of Merit awards in both Torts and Criminal Procedure I.  Following law school, Whitney clerked for the Honorable Annemarie Carney Axon of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Whitney lives in Blount County with her husband, Jake, and their two girls, Saylor and Sophie.  Before and during law school, Whitney worked as a paralegal for the firm.  Whitney previously served on the junior board of Heart Gallery Alabama.  She and her family are members of Desperation Church, Hayden Campus.  Whitney enjoys time with family, being outside, and is an active member of Crossfit Wotown.
