Katherine “Katie Lee” Coleman's Profile

Katie Lee is an Associate who assists corporate and business clients with issues such as business planning, compliance, contracts, and agreements. Additionally, she represents lenders and borrowers in commercial transactions such as commercial mortgages and asset-based lending, and also works with our Litigation team in civil matters.

Prior to joining Wallace Jordan, Katie Lee honed her skills in mediation, negotiation, and finding common ground between parties with differing interests while interning at a non-profit conflict resolution center, and gained experience with global legal systems and cross-border issues during a semester abroad at the Bond University in Australia.

During law school, she was a member of the Law Association of Women, and she continues to advocate for women’s rights, equal representation, and empowerment. Her dedication extends beyond the courtroom, as she strives to create a more equitable society. She is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, where she was an Associate Online Editor of the Mississippi Law Journal. Prior to law school, she earned her B.A. in Sociology from Furman University, graduating magna cum laude.

When she is not in the office, Katie Lee loves to travel, hike, garden, bake and spend time with friends and family.
