Caroline D. McLeroy's Profile
Caroline McLeroy has built a practice focused on corporate work, mortgage lending, and commercial real estate. Caroline regularly serves as Alabama counsel for buyers, sellers, and lenders in multi-million dollar real estate transactions throughout the United States. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar and its Young Lawyers and Women’s sections.
Caroline attended the University of Montevallo, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and graduated cum laude in 2016. Caroline then went to Cumberland School of Law where she graduated cum laude in 2021. While at Cumberland, she served as the Online Managing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review and had both her student notes chosen for publication. Caroline also served as Secretary of Women in Law, the 2020 Director of Mediation and Arbitration, and was named the winner of the 2019 Mediation Competition. Caroline received the Scholar of Merit in both Employment Law and Local Government Law.
Caroline lives in Shelby County with her husband, Blake, and their son, David. She enjoys reading, gardening, and camping. She and Blake attend Asbury United Methodist Church.
